I finally got around to stripping all the paint off the gas tank, so I washed the bike real quick to get all the dust and crap off of it. The bike has no bodywork on it, and the larger of the two breather hoses from the tank is hanging down next to the rearset. I noticed when I sprayed the top of the tank, water came out of this breather hose. At first I freaked out thinking I didn't put the gas cap on right, or forgot a seal somewhere, but then I figured it's supposed to do this. So is everything working as it should, or have I messed something up?

 

if water is coming out of it you probably have a problem but if it just ran down the side of it you're ok

 

I'm pretty sure it was comming out of the hose. Anyways, the bike still starts up and runs. How do I check if theres water in the tank?
