Is your bike stock ? Are you certain you had everything hooked back up ? 2 full 360 degree turns will not stop a bike from firing up unless you have pilot jets that are too large which floods the engine or bad float valves which will also flood the engine. If you are trying to install a jet kit call their tech line and ask them what a turn is and I'll guarantee they will say 360 degrees = 1 turn.

well i got a question to add to this... lets say 1 turn=360 degree's

hear is my problem, when i got my bike it was set to 1.5 like the factory says, but in colder weather or below 65 degree's it won't start and the plugs are dry. In hotter weather it will start but only if I set the choke and crank it for about a second then hit the gas, turn the choke off as soon as it catchs, and I have to set there and hold the gas till it get's warmed up. (I should also mention it doesn't idle at all and is very ruff for about ten mins or until warm.) this is also causing plugs to foul about every 4 to 5 rides. What should i do to try to fix this, carbs are very very clean, been cleaned many times, took all the way apart.

I also live at 1,500 above sea level so that shouldn't be a problem

I found something that gave me some ideals and is a basic breakdown on what i think needs to be done....

Its not about the F3 but more about 2 and 4 stroke motors in general
