I just got a used head assembly for my '96 F3. I noticed on it that it has ports under the main exhaust ports - Two little ports on each side. I looked in the manual and I believe it is the Pulse Secondary Air Injection Control (PAIR) System. I believe it has something to do with California emmisions. I live in Maryland. My old head did not have this on there. Is it possible for me to just seal off these ports?
