good job. glad to help. that is the benefit of a group like this - common interests and goals. looking forward to seeing the finished project. I have to do the same with mine, but think it will stay multi-colored for the summer.

 

ya i wish i coulda used the original but i got into an accident and shattered the left side fairings on my bike. i didnt have much of a choice, called the dealer for oem fairings and it woulda cost liek 2 grand, i wasnt willing to do that, and i hate the streetfighter look myself.
to a common person they dont recognize the gaps and stuff and ive gotten compliments from everyone that sees it, so it wasnt a bad investment, and a bit of an update, moto-777 sent me a notification after i emailed him saying something like im on a cbr forum and talk to a lot of guys that want my opinion on your fairngs, and i plan to bad mouth you left and right if you dont contact me about my fairings. lol well he just sent me a pic of the package idk if its big enough for all the fairings i requested but we'll see what happens
