The owners manual says to change the oil every 8000 miles, and to replace the oil filter every 4000 miles. Stephy doesn't have the Owners Manuals for the F3, only shop manuals.

 

So IDoDirt, do you recycle your oil for 2 filter runs, or do you just change your oil after 4k?

Also, do you use synthetic?
What kind? Brand? Location/Price

I'm sure you use a name brand filter, so i won't bother with that, K&N has been my oil filter of choice, a bit pricey, but anything but fram

 

No, I replace the oil at 4K. It's just easier that way.
