Only starts with throttle.
My CBR600F3 will not start unless i put the throttle back about 1/4th.
If i let it idle with or without choke it stalls.
It also doesn't seem to be running right. Once it gets warms seems to do alright starting and driving.

I had the same problem until I changed the air filter to a K&N as it was likely the filter wasn't changed for a couple of years do to the bike doing 1000 miles over 4 years. May not be as simple a fix as this but worth a try.
First of all, you should be running 5w40 or 10w40 in your bike... so you might consider swapping. What brand did you use. However, I doubt that would be the problem you're having.
How does it run once warm? Rpms @ idle?

I would suggest some different oil, only because I used 10w-40 and 5w-40, mainly the latter-- the rotella synthetic (5w-40) at walmart was a cheap and easy alternative... runs smooth
