oil in the water on 98 cbr600f3

Default oil in the water on 98 cbr600f3

any ides is it the head gasket or water pump i don't know has any body had this happen

Do you mean oil in the antifreeze? Where are you seeing this?

head gasket, or crack head/block no real telling until its torn down. did you over heat it?

no i never over heated it still runs fine but the water is gray

There are o-rings in the front of the motor and oil cooler that corrode and degrade, allowing engine oil to leak into the coolant. You start by taking off the front plate on the motor (the plate on which the oil filter mounts). You will see the orings in question from there. There should be one big one and 2 or 3 small o rings/

will a 2000 f4 motor fit on a 98 f3 frame

come on ya gotta find the issue first...the motor isn't dead yet unless you have run it hard and long like this!
