Ok so this may be a stupid question but, when i first turn the ignition to the ON position is my oil light suppossed to be lit? If i start it the light goes off so im thinking its just the normal light sequence but im not a 100% sure...

Ok thank you. I feel like the answer was obvious lol I just didn't wanna take a chance and actually have low oil pressure
