Default Oil cooler or Water pump?

I found oil in my coolent I'm guessing I need new O-rings for both of those.

My question is, do either the oil cooler or water pump effect the radiator fan? My fan is not working, when I bypass the thermo the fan works. I read a few other posts on here about people having the same problems but they never posted an outcome.

Please help

Sounds like you have been driving it hot.
This may be something you don't want to hear, but overheating an engine will warp the engine and cause water and oil to mix.
You my have some big problems.

I'm going to replace the thermo and the o-rings in both the oil cooler and the water pump.

Spicymeowmix, do you know how to test to see if the thermo is working? It's not to expensive but I'm trying to pin point the problem.

Procrastinator, this is the first time it happened on a 15 min ride home. These are Honda's and I didn't even get to the red. Keeping my fingers crossed that its nothing major

I believe there is a way to test it in the online manual I got stickied on here.

Might have to flip through some pages to find it though I'm not 100% sure where it is in there.
Replacing it shouldn't cost you more than 30 bucks from Honda.

Pretty sure it's a simple continuity or resistance test that should take no more than 10 seconds.

Thanks, Yeah I don't think the thermo part is that pricey.

I hope its just the o-rings. I have read quite a few posts about people having oil in their coolent but no one ever posts their outcome. If it was a blown head gasket wouldn't it be coolent in the oil, not the other way around?
