Since I don't have a manual for the F3 yet I'm curious to hear what brands and weights you prefer. I run Redline full synthetic in my Buell but I have no idea what brand or weight to use in the CBR. I like to stick with either Redline or Mobil 1 synthetic but if there is something better....

As for oil, they recommend 10-40, I personally use 5-40 due to its higher vescosity (sp) and better flowing capablitities, Quakerstate Q advanced engine here, I have also used dino oil, but didn't like it as much as there seemed to be more viberations at higher RPM. good luck and welcome!
