So what did you do besides clean them? Idle drop? Dyno tuning? Guesstimate based on plugs?

When I got it:
Wouldn't pass emissions
Wouldn't hold at a steady rpm for tests
Owner said he had to seafoam it prior

Took it to a local shop that dyno tunes:
Found way oversized jets
Cleaned/Dyno tuned

I think it was mainly them being dirty.
It's nice having the crisp response!

Sounds real nice. Those D&D's sure are loud though.

What size jets were in the carbs ?

Not sure what size the old jets were. I idled okay, and ran wide open fine before. You just couldn't ride smoothly at lower rpm's.

I have an idle related question. I couldn't tell from you video, but my idle bounces by about 100 RPM or, not a smooth constant 1200 or so. Is this normal for the CBR's or should I do some carb tuning?
