100 rpms isn't enough to start pulling tools out of the drawer. Carbs are prolly a little out of sync. But you''d prolly spend hours trying to get the idle perfectly smooth for little gain.

You've got that right.

The 'bounce' goes away as soon as the throttle is cracked, so it's not affecting driveabilty whatsoever, and it's not like a cylinder missing/not firing, justone of those things that bugs a perfectionist, I guess. next time I have the airbox off, I'll do some tweaking, otherwise, that puts my mind at ease. Thanks
