My bike at idle won't always go into first, the lever goes all the way, but it doesn't engage, it always goes into first while slowing down though, and revving it at idle helps it go into first

This happens sometimes on our bikes. It happens on dirtbikes and clutched atvs too. I believe it happens when you stop in a position where the gearbox is not lined up quite right. I couldn't explain it technically (though I'm guessing someone on here can) but I can say that it's normal and that I've experience it on everything from a CR60 dirtbike to a 125r to a honda 250r atv to my current F3. I wouldn't be concerned unless you notice other gearbox/clutch symptoms/issues.

If you roll the bike forward just a little while giving slight pressure to go into first, it'll drop in for ya.

the way i deal with it is to go to 1st while stopping(even if i dont let out on the clutch) then go to neutral. that way it stays "lined up". its just the sync. not meshing but it can be an early warning sign of new clutch time if it gets to be more of a pita.

no, it's fine now, but I was rolling it back and forth at idle and it wouldn't drop in
