There is one port coming out of the card body 3 from the left thats different than the ones we had installed so looks like we'll be cleaning these up and rebuilding them.

Are you talking about that rusted tube? That's your #2 carb. The carb on the far right is #1.
But besides that, I have no idea what that tube is. It's not part of an original setup, at least not on my bike.

The set of carbs I bought to replace them didn't have it either but I know on some of these limited run bikes had something different than the other versions I ran into the same thing with my Alstare 600 the fuel pump wasn't the same as the other models. This is the first carbureted bike either one of us have had some I wasn't looking for somethings to be that different but lesson learned.
