I bought a 95 CBR 600 F3 recently and was looking to try and clean it up a bit. The bike was layed over "gently" on its right side. Some of the graphics are scraped up and I was looking to replace them. The bike is the purple/white/yellow edition. I was wondering if anyone could tell me when I would get the best deal on the graphics? Thanks

The $tealer is going to charge you retail. Order them online. Go here to figure out which decals it is that you need. This is OEM factory decals.

Check servicehonda.com and see what prices they have. They are generally lower than the dealer, they can even tell you if there are any left. I have purchased VFR fairings from them and they had the lowest price, plus I got the fairings sooner than expected.
