So I just bought this f3 for 600 bucks it's been sitting for ten years I have bought these before that have been sitting for year change battery drain fuel they start right up. So I tried it on this one bad it's sputtered and spit rusty fuel or water out of exhaust and and ran for few second but let off throttle and died instantly. Gonna change plugs and completely drain gas instead of just added. I'll let ya know how it goes but I'm worried I screwed soemthjng up from cranking and cranking it over. If anyone has any advice or tips please let me know

 

Welcome to the forum Steve. I doubt you did any harm by cranking as it is still cranking.
My bet is that the plugs fouled due to poor gas. Hopefully changing out plugs fixes the problem (fingers crossed).
