RE: neutral
I am sure you will need a new clutch basket. The basket that the clutch plates sit in get grooves after a while. Then when you pull the clutch in the plates can not float like they need to so they still grab. This would explain your neutral problem. I have used a file and filed all the grooves flat before.... but buying a new one is really what should be done. Also your clutch plates could be warped and alse cause it to drag. If you replace the backet you should get new clutch plates and bose also.
