need help on sprockets!!!

What front and rear tooth neededfor my bike to come up in 3ed easy. i have a 97 cbr600 f3 yoshi and K&N

and for the clutching it i can get it in 2ed but not 3ed it trys but wount come up....

15/43 is stock gearing. even if you did -1/ + 2 or 3 you should be able to get 3rd gear .
