Need help with fairings...
Hey guys,
I am working on making my 98 f3 look new again during the winter months. The fairings are going to need some work as they are in rough shape (tail section especially.) I have been shopping around and plan on avoiding the Korean/Jap ebay stuff and go another route. Cheapcycleparts.com has some pretty decent prices but they describe the side cover sets as either TYPE 3/R127 Sparkling Red or TYPE 4/R128B Sparkling Red. I have a red bike, but what is the difference? Is there anywhere else with better prices? (About $120 a side.) Thank you in advance

The two tail sections I have are both broken on the ends. I am having problems uploading the pictures of them but can email if you would like. Send me a pm with your email address and I can send them. As soon as I figure out what TYPE the bike is I will be ordering the new fairings. Thanks
There is probably just a slight style difference in the fairings your looking to buy. I think that as long as the mounts are correctly positioned on whichever choice you make you should be fine.
