Need to change my fork seals

How do I change the seals on my forks? I have a '96 F3 and one of the forks is leaking oil and the seal is broken, should I try to do it my self or take it to a shop instead? Any helpful links or advice will help.

Do a search under "seal" in this very F3 section and mass amounts of information on the subject will arrive
