Default My Tag Light

I finally got my title transfered along with my tag today so I pretty much had an almost 100% legal bike (Minus the no Front Right Blinker). So running my bike around to buy some Christmas gifts (I start late) I stopped at Advanced Auto Parts and saw the Neon. I'm not a big fan of neon on the bike but felt like some sort of tag light was needed.
Which I know my tag isn't really in a legal location with it being tucked away but I haven't had a problem yet. Plus I know Green isn't legal. But figured it'd be betterthan nothing and not stick out like white.

But here are some picks of my ghetto fabulous Tag Light...
My Wonderful wiring job(I'll clean it up later)

Later on I'm going to rig it to a switch on the handle bars so it goes on when I want it to.

The light cost $20 and nomods other than cutting it from the Cig Lighter adapter is needed. Just put the wires in place of your tag light.

Mate anything that makes the other buggers on the road take more notice of you, is a worth while investment. Myself I've added a few more reflectors on the rear of mine.

Looks more alive in every thread you make. Is that electric seat release stuff hooked up?

Keep up the good work!

The eletric seat is hooked up. I didn't do it though and half the time it's a PITA. Takes some getting use to. The tray is suppose to be aftermarket.

Another mod I'll be doing is recut the tray and have it hold a small fire extinguisher on the back that you can barely see. Which I know kind of cheesy but if you crash and are on fire you'll be thankful I had it. But I'll paint it likea Nitrous bottle.

Since this is my first project bike I decided I wanted to do some odd ball stuff to it just to see how it works. Rather do it on this than a brand new 600rr or a new litre.

And no I won't be chroming, stretching or try to make it pimptastic.

P.S. Here is how the bike sits now. Still waiting on my top right cowl, right inner fender, and headlamp cover. I have a top right cowl on the way.

I'm hoping to order my Vance&Hines exhaust on January 2nd when the motorcycle shop I use opens back up.

LOL... the dog looks like he/she is posing for the picture. Good to hear the bike is coming along. There is a HUGE difference between the first and second video in how well the bike is running. It's great to see how far things have come along by the way. By the way, I like what you did with the rear tag light, looks great!
