Put stabil in the tank, run the carbs dry and install a battery tender.

You'd probably have to get new fuel in and put some stabilizer in it (which would require draining the tank so why bother refilling it?). Although I've gone WAY longer than 2 months with the same tank with stabil and the bike ran just fine. I think the real key is to make sure the carbs are dry so they don't gum up.

I just went out and started my bike for the first time this year yesterday. All I did was change the oil and put in fresh gas and put it away. It started up like a wet dream and ran like a champ once again! Ready for another season in the sun!
