Needs to lube the cable & probably a dab of grease around the pivot of the actual clutch activator (not the one on the bars, the other end) You can get cable lubes that don't require you to totally dismantle the cable. However I have found that its maybe wise to start thinking about getting a new cable as the old one in the condition is probably fraying by now.
