That is definitely a clean and sleek F3. Love the last pic. Got a little get up and go doesnt she? 110 is def. an impressive number. Hope you achieve it. Looks like you put in some work. Its such a good feeling knowing you took every nut and bolt off the bike only to get it back together and run that *^%$# to 13 grand Cheers

just a bit never forget pulling off the line at oulton park keeping the front end just floating as soon as the front end hit the ground i snatched for the clutch pinged it into second gear and dropped the clutch by accident whilst on the throttle and up came the front again going towards a pack of steelies slowing down for the first corner and it keeps with pre 03 R6's until 6th gear

could have bought a race prepped bike for 1/4 of the price but then who knows what condition it could be in, my nut and bolt rebuild will see me through a number of years

thanks for the compliments guys

right after a quick look over this months ROTM nominations i have decided to enter for march as long as my new fairings get here and i get it dyno'd in time otherwise it may have to be april only problem is my orange wheels are flacking and dont look brilliant apart from that im happy with my bike

on another note i have now got my HRC throttle fully fittef instead of the R6 one which was way too big of a housing and started soldering all my wires together instead of bullet connectors, might get it finished later in the week hopefully.

another 2 weeks until new fairings
waiting for carbon hanger for the akrapovic exhaust
new double bubble airblade screen
should get my modified blade wheel back any day now
getting a re-graphed cdi but got to wait 3 weeks which leaves me very short on time between my first race and getting it going to be a squeeze to get it set up.

Note to everyone out there dont do builds in parents sheds they use your build as a shelf hide your fuel pump mix up your wires and then to top it off my new bottle of turtle wax has vanished, was fuming still not happy days later

Waiting on shrink wrap in the postnthen will finish wiring
Ordered some graphite exhaust wrap
And decided how to mod my R1 rad only to find my cutting disc has also gone missing motivation is fading quickly with this up hill battle people moving things

Cant wait to finally finish this build next in a month or two and be able to not worry sbout my wiring being mixed up or spending three hours looking for the correct tool

Ringing a man about a new cdi tomorrow get it on order with 3 week lead time see if i can get that reduced so i have time for dyno and a test run before my first outing with thundersport gb and on national tv

jackojeff,

How did running an intake camshaft on the exhaust effect the "rideability" of the your F3? I am interested in this modification. However, I ride street only (fast roads). Is this modification easy to dial in (jetting)? Anything I should be warned about with this mod?

Thanks,
Mike
