License plate plastic delete?

Default License plate plastic delete?

Im looking to cut out the rear plastics at the license plate but im not sure where to remount the plate/light/signals. Any write ups on this?

Most people use the kits that are available. You can trim the plastic and leave enough material to mount some small pedestal signals by drilling holes. If you trim just the material below the side panels, there is enough material to mount the license plate up and in the existing gap. You have to cut a hole in the underside of the rear light and glue some clear plastic over the opening to light your plate. You will also need to trim the upper edge of the license plate to fit in the opening. If you only trim what you need, no one will notice. (23 yrs so far)
