So, I've taken pictures of the damages, and I have never repaired a bike myself but it looks pretty minimal to me. So I'm going to post them and see what you guys think and see if I should bring it to a shop or not. If you guys know the part numbers that I need, sweet! Otherwise just peak and help me out. Thanks!

You're going to need to post some more detailed, close-up pics of the damage. I can't even tell what you're trying to show us in the full-bike one.
As for the broken rearset, Get yourself a nice Woodcraft or Vortex kit. You can install them yourself pretty easy if you're handy with a ratchet. I didn't realize how much I hated the stock rearsets on mine until I upgraded. One of the best upgrades I've done:

Google around for prices.
The case cover I wouldn't worry about, but I'd like to see better pics of it to be sure.

For a headlight conversion, if you're on a budget the Acerbis cyclops works ok. It's dot approved which is a plus, but there are other universal fit motorcycle headlights on ebay. A buell xb12s front end would be cool, I want to do something like that for my bike when money grows on trees.

I'm selling a stock ( OEM ) rearset kit for that bike if you don't want / can't justify the cost of an upgrade kit. $90 shipped. It includes all of the parts for both sides, including pedals, rods, bolts, etc. You don't need all of this right now, but it's good parts to have around. I ding up my shifter pedal and tie rod ALL the time. PM me if you want it.
