Went on a 500 mile ride this weekend and noticed that in 1st and 2nd gear, when putting the bike into gear or travelling slowly in gear there is a knocking sound coming from the engine, I think it's near the clutch area but I haven't been able to check since I only hear it while operating the bike at idle in neutral it sounds fine.

I was thinking it may just be the chain so I lubed it up and while on the stand, tried putting it in gear and messing with the clutch and got to replicate it in 2nd gear with the clutch slightly pulled in.

Any idea what it may be? I'm hoping it's just the clutch and not some bottom end bearing... 😭
