Default jet n

question: on an f3 the mains in the center are different from the outside ones 135 for no. 1 and 4 / 138 for number 2 and 3 so my question is why? why does the outside run leaner than the inside is due to the flow charistics of the ram air? got an f2 here with pressurized box wondering if i should look into this matter my jets are the same all the way across but iam always looking for ways to get alittle more juice.
question 2: f3s use #40 slow jets now ive heard these kickass in an f2 so are they interchangeable? i.e. same thread/dimensions?

I think it has something to do with the velocity stacks being different lengths.

anyway came to find out its just the way the f3 carbs are disgned the inner two cylinders run a bit hotter than the otter two. still wonder if the pilot jets will work will find out soon enough ordered 1 from bike bandit for 8$ just to see if itll work.

The inner cylinders run hotter than the outer ones because they get less air than the outer ones. The extra fuel cools the inner cylinders .

Yes,the 40 pilot jets rock in the F2s
