Default ignition

Hi
someone missed up when my ignition lock and i cannot get my key in it. So what i did is I pulled out the three wires.
SO when i join the two red wires the bike comes alive. and I was wondering what the third wire is, which is blueish green in color,
should I join all the three wires with a tape or just the two , The bike works fine with only two.

Default RE: ignition

Lol, you couldn't possibly be asking how to run a stolen bike would you ? I hope not. If you look at the wiring diagram the blue wire is the one that runs to the fan/thermostat so it could be important. I guess see if your fan is cutting in without it. If not you are shortly going to overheat. I have never removed all three from the plug and run them individually so not 100% sure. The other two run the circuit to the starter motor, kill switch and starter button by the looks of it.
