My bike is working wonderfully now, thanks to Melch! Hes a god to me.

However there is one slight problem, after my bike has been running for a while when i pull the clutch all the way in at a stop the idle shoots up to 4kish, but if i let it out just a little it drops back to the regual 1200. What could be causing this? And is it anything serious?

 

ajust your idle screw to 1500 rpm it under the tank selector

 

I have done that, when i first start it, it idles fine

 

Could possily be a sticky throttle cable too. Check to make sure it isnt binding up anywhere.

 

check your choke return
