I want to Change my Fork oil

My bike has 29,000 miles, and as far as I know, the forks have never been touched
I read through the manila on replacing the seals, but it looks really involved.
I don't have any leaks, so I'm wanting to just change the fork oil at this time.
My questions are:
1. Will there be any improvement in changing the oil
2. DOES ANYONE have a stepby step guide for changing the fork oil on an F3. I want to try this myself, but need step by step guide with photos to help me out.
Thank

You will see an improvement with changing the oil. I would suggest changing out the seals even if their not leaking. Mainly because of the age of them. The book does a good job of explaining the steps. If you're close to Indiana I could rebuild the for a small fee and parts. I rebuild mine about 2 times a year because of track days and racing.
