Honestly, if its indoors I say not to cover it. The garage is protecting it from the elements already. And condensation can get trapped under a cover as well. This was the condition of my bike's chain, sprocket & swingarm when I got her. It had been sitting outside but covered with a motorcycle cover

Condensation under the cover had no place to go but back down on the bike. Under the cover is more enclosed than the garage itself.

thanks for the tip, yea i guess i wont buy a motorcycle cover... saves me some money.

and about my chain and sprocket, i ordered a set on ebay, and had them put on a couple of weeks ago... they still have the factory chain lube on them, and i dont have any lube so im hoping the factory lube will be good for over the winter, i think it will be since its still pretty white and sticky or w.e you want to call it.

but yea thanks again for the tip about the cover and pics, i wont get one.

Wait... some parts of the world experience seasons? I thought it was all just cold fronts... we got one of those over thanksgiving, went below 50 for a couple days and right back up to the upper 70s..

also took some pics of an M5 and other cars for sale, and hopefully getting a detail job.
(not like any one cares im just really hoping for this job) sorry totally unrelated im just excited about the chance to hopefully detail my dream cars.....

well what if you just every couple days just go and crank the bike up and let it run for a little while than shut it off???? would that work? that way everything can cycle thru. putting it on stands sounds good and using a battery tender? cranking it up every once i a while sounds good to me rather then just letting it sit for months? what u guys think?
