How does this bike look?

I'm looking to get my first bike for this season. Found this one nearby, haven't looked at it yet. Mileage seems a bit high but not too bad for a 1995. Anything I should be particularly concerned with on these bikes?

17k isnt high mileage, especially for a honda! i think the price is a bit higher than i think(i paid 3k for a 98 cbr 600 with 8k miles, and even i think i overpayed a little) should be, but then again, it is riding season now, and bikes will be selling like hot cakes...
Well I'm going with my friend and his brother to look at it I hope. His brother knows a lot more about bikes than I do, and in fact rides a CBR 929. Anyways, he's quite good at taking a look at things and just tearing the asking price apart.
thats cool, good luck with the sale, thats a good idea bringing someone who knows about bikes along with you...hopefully everything goes well, and you'll be the proud new owner of a cbr!
I got my 98 f3 for 2500 last august. 12k miles Mint condition except i had to clean the carbs and get a new battery. Shop around a little before snapping up the first thing you see.
Unfortunately, I can't really do that. First, I know very little about bikes other than what I can apply from my knowledge of cars. So I have a friend go with me to check these bikes out, but he's busy with stuff as well and I can't expect him to drive out more than say an hour away to look at these. Second, it's my first bike... I've never ridden outside of the MSF class, so anywhere farther than say.. 50 miles.. I would just feel uncomfortable about having to ride back on the highway; I don't have a truck to cart a bike around in.
I just sold a 92 ninja zx-6 and bought my 98 honda cbr 600 f3. I didn't really like the ninja that much i am much happier with the cbr better throttle responce, acceleration, and better handeling in my opinion.
