The Idle Mixture screws use a "D" shaped socket. You can probably pick one up at a local motorcycle shop, or maybe one of the shops will loan you one. Often times a Jet Kit will include one, so shops may have extras.
Since you've taken your carbs apart, you should have cleaned that section as well. Most people recommend turning the screw all the way in until it bottoms out. Use caution when doing this, as you don't want to apply any torque to the screw. It has a really small point on it and if you tighten it down, it can be easily damaged, as well as the seat that it tightens down against. They you'd need to replace that carburetor body. Anyway, turn it all the way in, and count the number of turns that it takes to hit bottom. Most likely they're about 2.5 turns out from all the way in, but each one may be slightly different. Write down how many turns out they were. This will give you some kind of reference point for later when you're trying to get your bike started again. Then take them out. There is a small "O" ring that gets replaced (or should be) and you need to clean out the passage ways with carb cleaner. This should be done if you're going to go to the trouble of taking the carbs apart from each other like you have done. You're going to need to adjust the idle mixture as well as synchronize them too.
This is what the tool might look like.
