Try messing with the air flow. With the after market exhaust, depending on the air filter, you could guestimate your jetting. If you have a stock filter, add a K&N, if the bike loses throttle response or bogs down mid rev with high winds, its not jetted. If you add the filter and it starts spitting out unburnt fuel then it could be jetted but tuned to the factory filter.
try putting it on a Dyno, the Air/Fule ratio compared to the HP/Tq curve will tell you if its lean or rich
