Default Highway sprockets!

Im looking for a good hwy low rpm set up for my f3.
Im setup with a 14t in the front and a 45t in the rear for the street.
But im going to ride up north to see some family and needed some
Suggestions on some hwy gearing for my 5 spd bike... I was thinking
Of dropping the rear to a 37t, is this a good way to get the low rpm I want?

Dropping 8t in the rear sounds a tad extreme. It sounds like the gearing already on there might not be stock.

Go to the Gearing Commander website and experiment with different setups to see how they affect the engine speed.

When you are in 5th gear try pulling up on the shifter one more time. All of the resources I just searched say that the f3 has a 6-speed transmission.

f3 is a 6 spd! unless you have some off the wall model that no one has heard of..also, i believe the 14/45 is stock. i prefer stock to anything else. when i bought the bike, it had 16/43 and it was horrible.. there was no easy way of pulling off in first..almost ALWAYS had to slip the crap out of it..
just remember, whatever you gain on the high end, your giving up on the low end and vice versa
