Default Help identifying the correct part name or number rear under seat/rear light plastic

1996 looking to restore the repair someone had done that works but I would like to make it correct or If there is a quality aftermarket replacement I would also be interested

See pictures. Yes the wiring was hideous. It's been repaired...

Basically would like to restore the brake light mount to what it should have been and license plate and under brake light.

I found one on eBay that looks damaged. Any assistance appreciate.

I am aware of this blow out image but item 14 is unavailable and if I'm reading it correctly that is the main piece to this item. And anytime I search rear fender I either get the battery box or anything but this item.

Anyone have a source for that piece? Or anyone who's upgraded their bike (grinder and welder for street fighter mod) or god forbid parted out a damaged bike have this for sale?

Do previous versions of the F fit the 96 F3?

tough one to find - the part is rated from 1991 to 1996, but..

it appears F2 is similar. Only slight differences in how wiring is attached I think. Zip-ties will work
