hi all stripped the forks down on my f3 , as per haynes manual , trying to separate the stanchion from tube but it will not budge , any tips or recommendations to get the apart will be greatly appreciated, before i scrap the bike , losing the will to live

 

I'll assume you have removed the bottom bolt. Remove the dust seal. Remove the snap ring on top of the fork seal. Grab the stanchion and the fork lower and use the stanchion like a slide hammer.
