The headlight on my f3 points up in the air I know that there is a adjustment on it but I am not sure which way will lower it. Can anyone help me.

Just guessing but will I have to remove the headlamp cover to reach that? Or do I have to remove any other fairings or what is the best way to get to it?

I just looked at mine, if you turn the handlebars as the diagram shows you can reach the vertical adjustment. I cant reach the horizon one, hopefully its not off on both axis for you....

Their both easy to reach, nothing has to be removed, with the horizontal adjustment you just feel under the instrument cluster below where the speedo is, your fingers will feel the knurled adjuster.
The vertical on the right, is below the tacho, is easier still, go under the black mounting bar (runs left to right) to get to it. Just to add, you do not access them from the front of the bike, just follow the diagram.
