My f3 handle bars vibrate a lot? Makes my hands go numb a bit. But is this normal?

 

Your wheels may need to be balanced. Try that first and if that's it check or have the steering neck bearings checked,as well as the wheel bearings.

 

Might be to obvious, but do you have the original bar end weights in, or cheaper lighter aftermarket ones

CBRs buzz from 5000 to 7000 rpms. Right where we cruise. Sometimes my throttle hand index finger goes numb. I went with slightly thicker grips. Just part of the charm.

You could dbl check your engine mount bolts if you think the motor has been out of the frame.
