Goo Gone
Was not sure where to post this but does anyone have a good way of getting rid of decal glue? I have had to remove all decals from bike and need to get the very old well stuck sticky stuff off the fairings. Goo Gone is not working very well. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I used the Stoner Tarminator when I went to take off the decals to prime my fairings. Make sure you do it somewhere where you have ventilation, it has a strong smell, but that stuff works. Goo Gone is a pain in the ***, with the Tarminator all you do is spray and let it sit for a couple of minutes then rinse it off and wipe with a towel.

If you can get your hands on it, use some stuff called ProSol...Lacquer Thinner works also on vehicles and such, dont know how it will respond to plastic)....I work at a sign shop and I have used both with no problem almost daily. As someone else said, do it in a well ventilated area the sh*t will have you spinning...
