Howdy yall,
I just got this clean little 98 F3. It sounds good and starts up with no problems. The issue I'm having is it runs great all the way through first gear, about half way in second it starts cutting out, in third it is evident something is wrong and it just wont keep going. My buddy said there is a gear recognition sensor that may be stuck in first, telling the bike that it is still in first even when it's not. Anyone every have this issue? Thanks in advance!
