When checking for power coming from the black wire with the blue tracer(positive wire) i will not get a reading until the bike is running or trying to crank right? I''m trying to figure out if i have a bad relay.I got a 98-00 zx6r fuel pump on my bike.The fuel pump works when i hook it up straight wire to the battery.I know when you put a fuel pump on a bike it takes a while for it to push the fuel to the carbs,but i've ran the battery dead twice.Should it take longer to get there?Spark plugs and wires are good.battery fully charged everytime i put it in the bike.All fuses are fine!Bike starts up fine just pouring gas down the fuel line.So i know it's fuel related.

put a jumper between the black/white and black/blue wire on the plug at the fuel pump relay and turn the ignition switch and kill switch on, if the fuel pump runs, your relay is bad.
