Default Fuel leaking from pipe

Hi.
Could anyone please help regarding fuel leaking from a black pipe running down the left side of my cbr 600f. It was fine when I parked it up a few weeks ago. I regularly start it up to keep battery life but after starting recently i noticed it sounded different (not reving smoothly) I noticed fuel leaking from somewhere. Having removed fairing and a lot of other parts ! I found the leak to be coming from a black pipe running down which doesn’t connect to anything. Could anyone help me understand what this pipe is and why fuel would be leaking from it.
Any advice would be appreciated
Thank you.

I think that is from the fuel tank drain pipe, it may have split inside the tanks or you somehow over filled the tank and it is draining from there.

thank you for your response. I don’t have the fuel tank on the bike at the moment as I wanted to see what was going on underneath it so I have removed it and connected a makeshift hose from the tank to the fuel pump. I think it’s connected to the carburettor somewhere

There is also an air vent tube and possibly the carb drain tube. Could be those
Was the picture taken before or after you took the tank off?
Does look like the tank drain though

The tank is off at this point. I have it propped up on a workbench. Might be worth mentioning I also have fuel coming out of the little brass nipples on top of carburettor 3 and 4. Don’t know if this is related?

You have a stuck float valve, and most likely your cylinders are full of fuel - don't try starting the bike until you've removed the plugs and turned it over a few times to blow out any fuel in the cylinder.
