Did it just happen, or did you just happen to see it?

If you recently changed your tire, there are shims on either side of the wheel that go between the wheel bearings and the forks. usually, one is a left and one is a right. They are not the same spacer and are different widths and they need to be put in correct side. If not, your front wheel will be off center.

If it just happend for no reason, then yes, your bearings have probably failed. Although, if they failed to the point of allowing the wheel to move this amount, you would feel it when you drove it.

its also possible that your front axle is loose.

it just happened and yes my handle bars shake like crazy now, but i think that has more to do with the fact that the rotor is making light contact with the left side fork.

i guess i will just take it apart and try to figure out whats going on.

Did you put the rotors on the right side of the rim? Are your tripple clamps lined up to each other. Shims..., it doesn't take much to mess up the front end, just take your time.

Is it your left side brake disc that is having a clearance issue? The manual states that when you re-assemble the front wheel, you're supposed to check for .7mm of clearance (the feeler gauge is in your tool pouch)between the left brake disc and the caliper bracket. If more clearance is needed, loosen the left axle pinch bolts and pull in or out on the left fork leg, and tighten the pinch bolts to get the needed clearance.

But as stated earlier, make sure your spacers are correctly installed and your wheel bearings are in good shape first. Let us know how it turns out for you.

Also, make sure you have the thick spacer on the right side of the wheel (as you're sitting on the bike facing forward), and the thin spacer on the left. That's probably your problem.

My front wheel is off center as well, I've always thought it was a fork problem, no vibrations, just a cocked handlebar when riding straight, I leaned over the front while riding and it's pretty noticeable, the fender is facing like 20 degrees off the wheel angle. Can you simply re align the triple clamps?
