I just bought a project bike from a guy off ebay. This thing is in way more pieces than i anticipated. He did send me some copies of the service/repair manual However he sent me nothing concerning the suspension. I have never put a pair of forks together and he has completely disassembled them. Does anyone have some copies of a repair process for these? I think i have the basic assembly down (where all the washers go etc. But i want to make sure... How much oil do they use? Does the oil go in the small bleeder on the top of the fork? How do you insert the top seal? Just tap/push it in?
