fork seals

Unhappy fork seals

hey guys so i decided to change my fork seals as it was in really bad condition, i removed forks which wasnt that hard so i came to the part where i have to separate the tube or pull tube apart. when i drive them apart i just hear rubber noise not metal noise when im trying to separate and seal dont move and inch (in alot of videos i seen when u try to separate them u hear metal clank noise until u pull them apart) on cbr600 f3 95' there is bottom bolt which on one video i seen guy removing but, bottom bolt is seized and i dont wanna round the nut as i would be stuck with the bolt inside. do i have to remove bottom bolt or its necessary? any suggestions how to remove tube apart? maybe im missing something any help appropriated

I presume these are conventional forks and not upside down, though the process is basically the same.

First, have you removed the fork seal retaining spring/clip?

I watched this video and it helped me a lot

im stuck at 5:33 on your video

this video is more 1-1 what mine looks like:
as u see on this video he was struggling aswel but mine is next level stuck :P doesnt move an intch when i try to take them apart

You have to take the bottom bolt out.

i did.. start to slide slightly more but still cant take them apart

Did you take of the snap ring that holds the seal in?

Then bang away. Sometimes they can be tough. What's hanging up is the bushing just below the seal.

gave to friend as he has some tools and space to do so and he still failed to even move the bushing. just seems like something is holding on :/ . i will go try take second fork out and see if its the same problem, if thats so probably will take it to garage who might be able to tackle something like this.
