Ok here's the situation I bought a 95 cbr f3 about two weeks ago drained the tank the gas was a amber/beer color with black **** floating in it , but there's like a bit left that I cant get out no matter what way I hold it, should I put a little bit of gas in it and drain it again, or should I just fill her up and put some fuel stabilizer.

Pull the petcock. It has screens that will need cleaning, anyway.
Pour about a quart of kerosene into the tank.
Swish that around to gather the sludge.
Repeat if necessary, Strain through a filter and store for parts cleaner.
Do NOT use gasoline as a solvent/rinse.
Kerosene has a much higher flashpoint, so the vapor is unlikely to ignite.
Given the use of common sense and safety rules in force.
Also, before the final rinse, blow the over-flow and vent lines clear.
That's the 2 nipples on the bottom of the tank.
Be sure the gas-cap and/or the petcock is open, before doing blowing into the tank.
Otherwise, you risk 'ballooning' the tank.
I say before final rinse, because you have to blow into the tank.
You want to have an opportunity to clear the tank, of any debris that was in the lines.
Another thing...check/replace the fuel-filter.
If it's done it's job, it's probably partially restricted.
So, say 'thanks' and replace it now. Too cheap a cost, to risk future trouble.
Hope this helps, Ern

If you have an air compressor you can sort of vacuum clean the crap out if you build one of these, takes about 2 mins.
