Default Fluids,oils etc

Ok so the new bike won't have moved for 18 months. I've bought a new battery, air filter, oil filter, spark plugs and I'm about to order brake fluid.

What other oils, fluids etc would people replace/add?

The bike is a 1998 CBR 600 F

While you're in there, I would go ahead and add some new distilled water/coolant mix. If there has been gas in the tank for that amount of time, I would drain it too and add some fresh fuel. Compress and decompress the forks a few times to see if you need fork fluid/seals.

flush the coolant first with a hose, then use distilled water
