Default Factory Bar Weights

Has anyone run the factory clip-ons with the internal bar weights removed? I removed mine to install universal Lever/Hand guards. I can easily modify to re-install the bar weights, but don't really care to. How unbearable is the vibration? I don't know, but do aftermarket adjustable clip-ons even come with internal weights (like the Vortex ones)?

Thanks in advance!

not sure about any aftermarket clip-ons, but even running without the bar end weights, or those crappy aluminum ones, there is a noticeable difference when riding for lengthy periods. its not necessarily unbearable, but your hands will go numb after ~20 minutes of normal riding.

Yeah, they're for road bikes. I seen them on MotoGP bikes. I think one on the throttle side is required for safety by most racing sanctioning bodies. The one on the clutch side is not. If you look closely at pictures of GP bikes you can see them. I don't race... Like I said, I just like the looks of them. I got them from "Ride It Moto" Sport bike Racing Parts-Performance Sportbike Custom Levers,Rear sets,Billet Mirror,Sport bike Accessories. See the one on Marc Marquez's bike on the throttle side.

I ended up with some al-ceapo bar weights. On a 300km trip my little finger goes numb but on small rides mint as. Certainly can feel the vibration but not so to be annoying
